<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase speed for writing and reading data to and from a non-volatile memory. <P>SOLUTION: A buffer memory 123 for temporarily storing data when writing or reading data from a host is provided with a plurality of buffers A109 and B110. Logical address storage parts 131 and 132 for storing those respective addresses are provided. Whether or not writing/reading logical addresses are matched with the addresses stored in the logical address storage parts is determined in reading/writing data, and when those addresses are matched, data are read from the buffer corresponding to the logical address storage part, and the data are written through the buffer in a flash memory.
