<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element and hologram element exhibiting stable optical characteristics in spite of an environmental change. <P>SOLUTION: A microchemical chip 100 is made of a metallic glass and a channel 2a in which a liquid sample flows is formed on the microchemical chip 100. A fine irregular structure 10 is formed on a base 2A of the channel 2a of a region A. The fine irregular structure 10 includes a diffraction optical element 11 which consists of wire shaped irregular surfaces periodically repeated with irregularities and has a diffraction effect of a reflected light type to incident light, and a non-reflection optical element 12 which consists of irregular surfaces periodically distributed with columnar projections and is zero or low in reflected light intensity to the incident light intensity. The microchemical chip 100 is made of the metallic glass and maintains the stable dimensional accuracy in spite of the environmental change and therefore, exhibits the stable optical characteristics always. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
