<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an electric circuit with a protective film, and to seal and mount a flash memory card by insert molding. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting method of the flash memory card includes procedures 301 to 308 to form a protective film. The protective film 307 prevents the electric circuit from being affected by movement and a heat source of injection molding in a post process. When the flash memory card is mounted by injection molding, the protective film provides protection to the electric circuit on an electric circuit board. The procedures of the injection molding are for mounting a substrate on a main body.
