PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine which facilitates a switching operation and makes a switched state easily understandable, when a travel gear and a working device can be operated by using a common control lever. SOLUTION: A traveling pedal 12 which enables the operation of the travel gear, and the control lever 13 which enables the traveling operation of the travel gear and the working operation of the working device are installed in the cab of the working machine. A changeover switch 15 is installed on a console 14 which is positioned near on one side of a driver seat 11. The changeover switch 15 switchs the traveling mode of enabling the traveling operation by the control lever 13 and the working mode of enabling the working operation by the control lever 13. A controller enables the working operation to be performed by the control lever 13 in the case that the switch 15 is in the working mode and the traveling mode and where the traveling pedal 12 is not worked. The controller enables the traveling operation to be performed by the control lever 13 only when the traveling pedal 12 is worked in the case that the changeover switch 15 is in the traveling mode.
