PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking ramp of an HDD, and the HDD equipped with the same. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the parking ramp of the HDD which guides a suspension supporting a read/write head to an outer part of a disk when an actuator is unloaded. The parking ramp of the HDD has: a guide section having a tilt surface inclined at a predetermined angle so that a tip part of the suspension is guided along the parking ramp and a stop mount surface where the tip part stopped via the tilt surface is mounted and supported; a installation support portion fixed so that the guide portion is supported below it; and an operating element which is interposed between the guide portion and the installation support portion and can extend or contract.
