摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-clamping mechanism of simple composition which can fundamentally solve the problem that noise or oscillation is generated when a disk is chucked or released from chucking. SOLUTION: An engaging claw 1a is positioned at a predetermined distance slightly deviated from the direct underneath of the reception part 2bb of a plate groove 2b on the back side of a main chassis 1, and a spring 5, which is a pulling coil spring, engages with the energizing end 4b of a clamp plate 4 and with the engaging claw 1a to energize the energizing end 4b of the clamp plate 4 backward and obliquely downward. By this, component force which energizes the clamp plate 4 backward is generated, and the external back surface of the clamp plate 4 always contacts the internal back surface of the plate groove 2b to prevent collision, and lateral pressure is placed to the clamp plate 4 to prevent the occurrence of noise.
