PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material excellent in surface film properties and also excellent in photographic performance. SOLUTION: The heat developable photosensitive material has, on at least one surface of a support: an image forming layer containing at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a binder; and a non-photosensitive layer, wherein the non-photosensitive layer contains at least one polymer selected from a polycycloolefin, a cycloolefin copolymer and an olefin-maleimide copolymer.
