PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature responsive valve capable of removing a foreign object jammed between a seal face of a valve port and a valve element. SOLUTION: A lid 4 is screwed to a body 3 having an inlet 1 and an outlet 2, and a valve casing is formed having a valve chest 5 in an interior. The valve port 8 is formed between the valve chest 5 and the outlet 2. The valve element 13 and a bimetal laminated body 26 used as a thermosensitive member are arranged in the valve chest 5. The valve element 13 is driven by deforming action of the bimetal laminated body 26 to open and close the valve port 8. A valve member 30 is screwed to the body 3 such that reciprocating operation can be carried out from an exterior. The valve member 30 opens and closes the valve port 8 from an outlet 2 side. A slot 32 for fitting in a tip of a tool such as a driver is provided in a lower end face of a lower part protruding to an exterior of the valve member 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
