PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-proof and heat insulating double woven fabric having wind-proof properties and heat insulating properties without deteriorating a hand touch feeling and to provide clothes using the double woven fabric. SOLUTION: The wind-proof and heat insulating double woven fabric has≥1,700 CF1 (cover factor) of the surface layer of the double woven fabric and≤1,000 CF2 (cover factor) of the back layer of the double woven fabric.
