PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sizing device capable of measuring an outer diameter of a workpiece by a simple device saving space and being miniaturized, when machining the workpiece eccentric from a rotary shaft such as a crank pin. SOLUTION: This sizing device 41 is provided with a three-point contact type measuring device 46 for measuring a radius of a cylinder by a three-point contact method, and a contacting and moving means for contacting and moving the three-point contact type measuring device 46 along a cross-sectional circumference perpendicular to a rotary shaft of the cylinder. The contacting and moving means is provided with a linear motion member 42 supported by a cutting means moving device for moving a cutting means for cutting the cylinder part to linearly advance and retreat in the vertical direction on an upper side of the workpiece in a plane right-angled to a rotation axial center of the workpiece and a rotating member 44 rotatably connected to the linear motion member 42 with a rotary shaft parallel to the rotary axial center of the workpiece as a center and assembled with the three-point contact type measuring device 46 in a lower part.
