PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for coating die lubricant in a forging press with which spraying-out of the scale and the lubricant can uniformly be performed. SOLUTION: In the device for coating the die lubricant which advances the upper and the lower dies at the time of opening the upper and the lower one pair of dies in the forging press P and evacuates at the time of closing the dies; a spray nozzle is provided with the tip end part of the nozzle 1, and the nozzle 1 is provided with a die lubricant nozzle 3 for injecting the lubricant to the upper and the lower parts, and an air nozzle 4 for injecting the air to the upper and the lower parts. The die lubricant nozzle lines 3A lined in a series of the plurality of pieces of the die lubricant nozzles 3, and air nozzle line 4A lined in a series of the plurality of pieces of the air nozzles 4, are provided, and the die lubricant nozzle lines 3A and the air nozzle line 4A are mutually arranged to parallel. The air nozzle line 4A is arranged in one line at the center and in both sides thereof, the die lubricant nozzle lines 3A are arranged to respective lines. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
