PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a compact and sure device for operating a bobbin, and to create a compact and sure automation box. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a device 16 including an operation device 24 having an operation element 25 arranged in the operation device for the bobbin 11, enabling the operation element 25 to move along a plurality of shafts for receiving, transporting and delivering the bobbin 11 in the automation boxes 10 and 34, and operating the bobbin 11 in the automation boxes 10 and 34 between at least one bobbin replacing device 12 and at least one insertion area 13 for storing the plurality of bobbins 11, and is characterized in that at least one shaft, that is, one vertical shaft (Z axis) is immovably formed in the Z direction, and the operation element 25 is arranged in carriages 30 and 36 movable along the vertical shaft (Z axis) for making vertical motion in the Z direction.
