PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding cassette capable of preventing paper feeding failure caused by the whole deformation of a paper loading plate and deformation such as waviness of the paper loading plate in the width direction. SOLUTION: An engaging piece 10a extending in the direction of an under surface and folded back in a U shape outward, is formed on both ends in the long side direction of a rocking plate 10, and one projection strip 10b extending in parallel to the short side, is formed on the under surface. When arranging the rocking plate 10 in a recessed part 9b of the paper loading plate 9, the rocking plate can laterally rock up to a position rockingly supported by the projection strip 10b and allowing any engaging piece 10a to abut on the under surface of the paper loading plate 9.
