PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch holder which is a pouch consisting of plastic or the like retained downward and which is used to prevent particularly the deformation of a plastic pouch having the spout opening of self-closure nature and which makes it possible to spout the content of a constant quantity each time steadily from the beginning of the spouting of the content in the pouch to the end of the spouting. SOLUTION: The pouch holder consisting of a pouch storage 21 and a cover section 31 which are used to retain the pouch by making the spout opening of the pouch upside down is equipped with side pressing means 25 and 35 which are used to press side section of a pouch body to both the lower sides of the pouch holder.
