PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a printer by simplifying a paper feeding mechanism of roll paper. SOLUTION: When setting the roll paper in the printer, when pulling out a roll paper setting part in front of the printer, a paper feeding setting guide plate is pushed out between the roll paper and a paper feeding guide plate of a printer body by interlocking with its pulling-out, and the tip of the roll paper is formed to be easily settable from a printer external part. After setting the roll paper, when pushing the roll paper setting part in the body, the roll paper setting guide plate retreats to a position separate from a paper path of the roll paper by interlocking with its pushing-in, and is not formed to be a carrying load of the roll paper.
