PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a floating article by controlling movement of the floating article on a water surface by a tide pattern formed on the water surface and guiding/accumulating it to a specific place. SOLUTION: The tide pattern F by interference of a main flow C and injection water W is formed on the water surface by injecting water in a direction opposed to a flow of the water surface from a plurality of nozzles 4, and movement of the floating article D on the water surface is controlled by the tide pattern F formed on the water surface and it is guided/accumulated to the specific place.
