PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door full-open stopper member capable of achieving cost reduction by eliminating an abutment surface on a vehicle body side and enhancing work efficiency in assembling of a slide door. SOLUTION: In full-opening of the slide door provided in proximity to a rear end of a lower guide rail arranged on the vehicle body, the slide door full-open stopper member 20 for stopping the slide door is constituted in a C shape cross section by an upper surface part 20a, a side surface part 20b and a bottom surface part 20c. On a connection part 20d for connecting the upper surface part 20a and the bottom surface part 20c, a stopper member 20e made of rubber is provided. Further, between the upper surface part 20a and the bottom surface part 20c, a striker 20f with which a full-open position retaining latch of the slide door provided on a lower arm engages is provided.
