PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure for vehicle for achieving flatness of a line strip forming the bottom of a line recess formed on upholstery material, for maintaining cushioning properties in and near the line strip so as to prevent a discomfort of sitting passengers, and for keeping an initial shape of the line recess. SOLUTION: The upholstery 6 has an upholstery body 30 and the line strip 40. Nonwoven fabric 60 is arranged between the upholstery body 30 and a cushioning body 5, and connected to the cushioning body 5. A folded part 35 is formed by folding an end edge part of the upholstery body 30 to a back side. An upholstery layer 31 of the folded part 35 is made to abut on the surface of the line strip 40, and the folded part 35 and the line strip 40 are sewn together with the nonwoven fabric 60.
