PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight auxiliary tool for sitting straight for preventing slipping off sideways occurring in conventional auxiliary tools using air, preventing bursting sometimes occurring in conventional auxiliary tools having rectangular shapes, and preventing runs of stockings and scratches caused by a fastener or the like in a cover part. SOLUTION: The height is adjusted by an amount of air inside so as to achieve the light-weight auxiliary tool for sitting straight. The auxiliary tool is foldable, has a cover with a grip ready to carry, and formed in a round shape without using metal so as to prevent danger of injury and to obtain durability.
