A fuel cell system (1) is provided with a fuel cell (10); an injector (35) provided in a gas supply flow path (31) of the fuel cell (10) for adjusting the gas status in the upstream and supplying the gas to the downstream; and a control means (4) for controlling drive of the injector (35). The control means (4) controls operation of the injector (35) corresponding to the drive status of related devices including the fuel cell system (1).
