<p>A welding head for electric resistance welding is provided for spot welding lead wires of enamel wires by one side welding in production of electronic devices with small coils. The welding head includes a tip end and two electrodes extending integrally in parallel with each other from the tip end. A through partition groove is formed between the electrodes. There are insulating fillers and fixation in the partition groove, thereby reducing or eliminating fractures possibly occurring at the tip end of welding head.</p> |
