<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct oxidation type fuel cell supplying organic liquid fuel in a tank from a fuel tank to an anode of the fuel cell, improving energy efficiency of a fuel cell system by effectively collecting liquid component and supplying it to an electrode again. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust passage, exhausting fluid containing substance generated at an anode of a fuel cell and residual fuel, has a gas-liquid detection part judging whether the fluid flowing through its tubular part is gas or liquid; switching valves arranged on its down stream side; and further, a control device controlling so as to collect the liquid in the exhaust passage to a collecting passage by switching the switching valves, basing on output signal of an anode side collecting passage branched from the switching valve connected to the fuel tank, and an output signal of the gas-liquid detection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
