<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of suppressing peeling-off of a hydrogen separation film and an electrolyte film, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fuel cell (100) includes a first process of carrying out heat treatment on a hydrogen separation film (10) of a polycrystalline material, at a prescribed temperature of an actual using temperature or more, and a second process of film-forming the electrolyte film (20) on the hydrogen separation film (10), after the heat treatment. In this case, metal diffusion in the hydrogen separation film (10) can be promoted. Thus, deformation of the hydrogen separation film (10), after the heat treatment, is suppressed. As a result, the peeling-off of the hydrogen separation film (10) and the electrolyte film (20), accompanying the deformation of the hydrogen separation film (10) can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
