<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically turn a loading lid to an opening position after unlocking. <P>SOLUTION: An accommodation unit 27 of a digital camera is comprised of an inserting port forming plane 32 whereon inserting ports 33a, 33b are formed, and a loading lid 35. The loading lid 35 is attached through a lit attaching shaft 38 to a shaft supporting member 39 on the inserting port forming plane 32 so as to freely move while turning and sliding. The loading lid 35 comprises a lock pawl 40. A torsion spring 42 is attached to the lid attaching shaft 38. A lock frame 41 and a lock rib 43 are provided on the inserting port forming plane 32. The lock rib 43 is engaged to the torsion spring 42, and the loading lid 35 is clicked and locked at a lock position where the lock pawl 40 and the lock frame 41 are engaged. When the loading lid 35 is moved by sliding to an unlock position where the lock pawl 40 and the lock frame 41 are unlocked, the loading lid 35 is turned in an opening direction by an elastic recovery force of the torsion spring 42.
