<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing soft and juicy chicken baked meatball as grilled chicken enabling mass production with easy work without the need of skill. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the chicken baked meatball comprises kneading a food material of a plurality of kinds including chicken minced meat as the source of the chicken baked meatball, dividing the kneaded food material, and charging the divided kneaded food material using a chicken baked meatball producing apparatus, into mold grooves of a heating plate 10 followed by baking. The chicken baked meatball producing apparatus has the heating plate 10 having a plurality of mold grooves 11 of a recessed groove form in compliance with the form of the chicken baked meatball, and a gas cooking stove 20 as heat source.
