<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support business to a would-be-customer by achieving the many-sided management of information relating to the action of a person in charge of business or information relating to subject states. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 21 of a business support server 20 which receives a display request by specifying a would-be-customer and sales date retrieves visit circumstance records or attendant records with which the would-be-customer and the sales date are matched in a visit circumstance data storage part 22 and an attendant data storage part 23. Then, the management computer 21 retrieves a subject in a summary table data storage part 25. Then, when subject circumstance records matched with the sales date when the display request has been made are recorded when displaying results, the management computer 21 extracts the subject state records.
