摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect accumulation voltage of a low rise rate, while the temperature is compensated, to on/off control a switch mechanism with a signal for automatic and intermittent drive of a motor with functions, for making the conversion efficiency of solar cell generation power high. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell being a power generation mechanism is connected to an electricity-storing mechanism which stores generated voltage, and the switching mechanism which is formed of NPN-type and PNP-type transistors, a resistor and a capacitor and on/off-controls the motor is constituted. A voltage control mechanism, controlling the voltage of the switch mechanism is constituted of a Zener diode and a plurality of resistors or the resistor having center tap.
