<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encoder which securely bonds and fixes a rotating disk to a hub at a correct position, and in which an adhesive agent does not flow outside, even though air in a space portion escapes outside, and to provide a motor that has the encoder. <P>SOLUTION: The encoder includes a motor shaft 2, the hub 3 which is fitted and fixed to an end of the motor shaft 2 in a projected manner from the shaft end; the space portion 4 for filling the adhesive agent which is formed between a central hole 3a of the hub 3 and the shaft end; and the rotating disk 5 which is bonded and fixed to an end face of the hub 3 with the adhesive agent filling the adhesive agent in the space portion 4, wherein a groove 6 of the radial direction, which communicates with the space portion 4, is provided at a disk adhesion face 3b of the hub 3, then the depth of the groove 6 is made different, between the inside diameter side and the outside diameter side to constitute so that the inside diameter side becomes deeper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
