PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and an information processing method and a program capable of making a security property stronger by preventing information itself with high secrecy from being displayed even if the information is retrieved. SOLUTION: The information processor mounted to a copying machine 1001 retrieves information from the history information of input-output data. When data are inputted, security information is set in the data, and when the data are inputted and outputted, history information including information about the data, information about an input-output job of the data and the security information set in the data is stored in a prescribed storage device. Then, a retrieval condition is set in the history information stored in the storage device, retrieval is executed, and information about data included in the retrieved history information and information about the input-output job of the data is outputted. However, an output of information about the data by an output means is restricted in accordance with security information set in the data included in the history information.
