PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly change a ratio of a wavelength variation of a selected wavelength to a variation of an optical path length. SOLUTION: A reflective diffraction grating 16 which includes a channel waveguide 14 for coupling input light I<SB>1</SB>to a plane waveguide 12 and a grating face 16a inclined at a tilt angleΘ<SB>g</SB>and is disposed in opposition to the channel waveguide with the plane waveguide between and diffracts coupled light I<SB>2</SB>, a reflecting mirror 18 which has a reflecting face 18a extended with an inclination of a tilt angleΘ<SB>m</SB>and having a normal 18N intersecting the grating face and is disposed in opposition to the reflective diffraction grating with the plane waveguide between and reflects diffracted light I<SB>3</SB>toward the reflective diffraction grating, and a light deflecting part 20 which changes an angleΘof incidence on the grating face of the coupled light are integrated on a common substrate 22.
