PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for molding a thermoset plastic material of a high quality by adjusting the irradiation amount of a micro wave by accurately measuring the temperature, and at the same time, by controlling the heating atmosphere when the thermoset plastic material is set by the dielectric heating with the micro wave. SOLUTION: A blended thermosetting plastic material is injected in a plurality of prepared matrixes 11A, and the plurality of matrixes 11A are irradiated with the micro wave to be dielectric-heated within a cavity 2. In this case, one matrix 11B is made a dummy, a temperature sensor 20 is arranged in the matrix 11B, and the irradiation amount of the micro wave is controlled with time based on the temperature information which has been detected by the temperature sensor 20. At this time, the temperature in the heating atmosphere in the cavity 2 is synchronized with the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 20 based on the temperature, and is controlled so that the temperature in the heating atmosphere may become the same temperature detected by the temperature sensor 20 or lower.
