PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a styrene-based resin composition having a light environmental load and permanent antistaticity that can sharply reduce the amount of discharged CO<SB>2</SB>on manufacturing without detriment to excellent impact resistance, heat resistance and molding processability of a styrene-based resin. SOLUTION: The styrene-based resin composition comprises (A) a styrene-based resin, (B) a graft polymer, (C) an aliphatic polyester, and (D) a polymer having specific volume resistivity of at most 10<SP>13</SP>Ωcm, where the amount of (A) the polymer having specific volume resistivity of at most 10<SP>13</SP>Ωcm is within the range of 1-30 wt.% based on the total amount of (A) the styrene-based resin, (B) the graft polymer and (C) the aliphatic polyester.
