PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a video provision services efficient for both a user and an enterpriser. SOLUTION: A video production system comprises: a user medium being a storage medium that a user carries with him/her and in which data can be written or read; one or more photographic devices installed at prescribed places within a service target zone for taking videos; and a video production apparatus which extracts a video corresponding to the action of the user who carried the user medium, from among videos taken by the photographic devices on the basis of data stored in the user medium, produces a video package for the relevant user, using the extracted video and distributes the produced video package to an external terminal device.
