PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily increase or decrease the number of branches by expanding a range where a decrease in impedance can be compensated, compared to a conventional example. SOLUTION: Branch devices 3 are each provided with a pair of first connection terminals 10 to be connected to trunk lines 2; a pair of second connection terminals 11 connected to branch lines 2'; and an impedance converter 12 inserted between the first and second connection terminals 10 and 11, and allowing the branch lines 2' to have impedance higher than that of the trunk lines 2. Selection can be made by switching changeover switches SW1 and SW2, so that a resistance value in the impedance converter 12 may be the optimum value corresponding to the number of branch devices 3 to be inserted into the trunk lines 2. In this way, a range can be expanded where the decrease in impedance due to insertion of the branch devices 3 can be compensated, compared to the conventional example in which a branch device has a fixed resistance value, and the number of branches can be easily increased or decreased.
