PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an assemblability, a cost performance, and an appearance while lightening a weight by simplifying the constitution of a hinge in foldable electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A first box body with a first substrate and a second box body with a second substrate are fitted. The first box body and the second box body are connected in a folding openable and closeable manner by the hinge 6. A hollow bulging section 15 vertically bulged from the second box body and first and second external cylinders 20 and 21 being mounted on the first box body and holding the bulging section 15 from both sides and being made of a resin are fitted. An open-close shaft 22 with an elastic member assisting the open-close operation of the first box body is inserted extensively over an end on the second external-cylinder 21 side of the bulging section 15 from the first external cylinder 20. A hollow internal cylinder 25 is inserted extensively over the end on the second external-cylinder 21 side of the bulging section 15 from the second external cylinder 21. A signal line 31 connecting the first substrate and the second substrate is inserted to the bulging section 15 and the insides of the second external cylinder 21 and the internal cylinder 25.
