PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct normal communications among other nodes even when a trouble is generated at either node, and to rapidly restore by making the most of previously acquired node information before the generation of the trouble, even when the trouble is generated such as an instantaneous service interruption. SOLUTION: In an information control system constituted by connecting the plurality of nodes on a network, received node information is stored in a volatile storage medium and a non-volatile storage medium provided in the own node, if received node information 31 differs from node information 31 held at the own node when each node transmits and receives own/other node information. Furthermore, each node can autonomously restore the node information by reading the node information 31 stored in the non-volatile storage medium in the own node when trouble has occurred.
