摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an element, in which a conductive polymer can be formed on a hydrophobic surface using ink jet printing technique, and to provide an ink, its manufacturing method, and an electronic element manufactured by using the ink. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the element has a process of printing an aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion having, for example, an electronic functional substance, such as the conductive polymer, such as PEDOT-PSS, and a surface tension-lowering agent, on the hydrophobic surface formed by, for example, a ferroelectric high-polymer layer.
