PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large open angle of a lid body by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: An opening/closing mechanism is provided with a swing body 13 supported rotatably on a panel 3, and the lid body 18 which opens and closes an opening 6a and is coupled with the swing body mutually rotatably. The swing body is provided with a base 14 disposed on an inner surface side of the panel, rotational fulcrums 15 and 15 projected from the base and serving as fulcra of rotation for the panel on the inner surface side of the panel, and connecting projections 16 and 16 projected from the base and coupled rotatably with the lid body. The lid body is provided with a lid main body 19 opening and closing the opening part, arms 20 and 20 projected from the lid main body and entering and exiting from the opening, and a fulcrums 20A, 20A which are enabled to come into contact with the opening edge of the opening when the swing body rotates on the panel and functions as a fulcrum of rotation for the panel when coming into contact with the opening edge.
