PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stream controller which reduces operations for designing software interfaces for each device driver. SOLUTION: The stream controller 10 has: (a) a demultiplexing part 109 to an AV output device 112 which apply decoding processing to streams and output obtained data; (b) a parameter list storage part which stores a parameter list constituted by making basic list structure into connected list structure, the basic list structure including parameter information characterizing the respective operations from the demultiplexing part 109 to the AV output device 112; (c) a device driver implementing part 120 which implements the device drivers which control respective operations from the demultiplexing part 109 to the AV output device 112 based on the parameter list and (d) an application program implementing part 100 which implements an application program transferred to the device driver execution part 120 using the start address of the parameter list as an argument.
