PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly deliver software to a plurality of medical apparatuses without increasing a system load. SOLUTION: A software management system 1 has medial apparatuses 3-1 to 3-n and a server 2. Each of medical apparatuses 3-1 to 3-n has a log recording unit 32 recording log information 320 showing an operation situation of medical software 310. The server 2 includes an information storage unit 21 storing software for correcting fault 210, a delivery order determining unit 22 determining delivery order of the software 210 to the medical apparatuses 3-1 to 3-n on the basis of the log information 320 of each of medical apparatuses 3-1 to 3-n, and a delivery control unit 200 delivering the software 210 to the medial apparatuses 3-1 to 3-n on the basis of the determined delivery order.
