PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily develop a distributed command processing system and application software. SOLUTION: In an information processor which supports program development, and in a program generation unit 11, a resource management data generation section 32 generates resource management data 24 in which program association specifications referred to in each of a client and a server are expressed as program format data based on resource description information 22 in which specifications for associating the communication program with respective programs of the client and the server are described, while a communication program generation section 31 generates a communication program 23 for performing processing based on specifications of interface which is performed in each of a client and a server based on communication interface description information 21 in which specifications of communication interface between the client and the servers are described.
