PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement designing support system and the like not unnecessarily interrupting construction. SOLUTION: In this reinforcement designing support system, the fabricator computer 100, the construction computer 200, and the structure computer 300 are connected mutually via a network. The fabricator computer 100 includes a temporary selection part 103 temporarily selecting the type of a reinforcement metal fitting 600 applicable to a through-hole in a steel beam 500, a structural calculation data request part 104 transmitting a structural calculation data request requiring structural calculation data to the network when the type of the reinforcement metal fitting is temporarily selected by the temporary selection part 103, and a final selection part 109 selecting a reinforcement metal fitting, which gives yield strength not less than predetermined strength to the steel beam, among reinforcement metal fittings belonging to the type of the temporarily selected reinforcement metal fitting. The structure computer 300 includes a structural calculation data transmission part transmitting the structural calculation data to the fabricator computer 100 in receipt of the structural calculation data request from the fabricator computer 100.
