PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part device capable of easily installing a window screen, and capable of easily preventing falling-off of the window screen by simple operation, without arranging an exclusive space in a small window frame. SOLUTION: This opening part device has a four-side frame 2 arranged in an opening of a building, sash windows 3 and 4 arranged in the four-side frame 2 and a ventilating small window 5 arranged in the sash windows 3 and 4. The ventilating small window 5 has the small window frame 8 composed of an upper sash bar 8a, a lower sash bar 8b and right-left vertical sash bars 8c and 8d, and is formed by arranging fixed glass 16 shielding a half area and movable glass 17 slidingly openably-closably shielding the other half area in the small window frame 8, and by arranging the window screen 34 on the outdoor side. The window screen 34 has projection parts 35a and 35b in an upper part and a lower part, and is formed by arranging holding grooves 36a and 36b fitting and holding its projection part 35a and 35b in a vertical Kendon method (a method by which a panel is slid along grooves and rails) by the upper sash bar 8a and the lower sash bar 8b, and by arranging a slipping-out preventive member 37 regulating the vertical movement of the window screen 34 in the window screen 34 or the small window frame 8.
