PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic pavement body obtaining a pavement structure of high strength and high durability while shortening a curing time. SOLUTION: The elastic pavement body 10 is formed by laminating an upper layer elastic layer 2 containing a urethane binder, rubber chips and/or rubber powder, and aggregate, on a lower layer elastic layer 1 containing an asphalt-based binder including asphalt and an ethylene vinylacetate copolymer (EVA), rubber chips and/or rubber powder, and aggregate.
