PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system which controls an electric blind by establishing communication between a central control unit and a plurality of blind control units via a floor control unit, which can smoothly change programs for the many floor control units, and which can prevent the new and old programs from being mixed together in the change of the program. SOLUTION: When the new program for control is distributed to each of the floor control units 2 from a program distributing means of the central control unit 1, a program receiving means of the floor control unit 2 makes the new program stored in the floor control unit 2, and transmits a reception response 52c to the central control unit 1. When a program execution command means of the central control unit 1 transmits an execution command 54c to each of the floor control unit 2, a program switching means of the floor control unit 2 switches the new program to a program to be executed.
