PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade, having excellent cutting performance and durability in high-load state. SOLUTION: This cutting blade 1 includes: a blade part 4 provided on the outer peripheral part; and a slit part 5 provided with a slit 6 opened in the blade part 4 and extending toward the center. A hole forming part 7 where a hole 8 connected to the end part of the slit 5 is formed is provided in the center side position of the slit part 5. The hole forming part 7 includes a hole base part 7A located on the axis directed from the slit 6 to the center and constituting a part of the inner surface of the hole 8; and a first side surface part 7B and a second side surface part 7C which are located on one end side and the other end side in the inner peripheral surface direction of the hole 8 of the hole base part 7A, and located on the axis orthogonal to the axis passing the center of the hole 8 to be directed from the slit 5 toward the center, thereby constituting a part of the inner surface, wherein the inner surface of the hole forming part 7A is smoothly formed, and the curvature of the hole base part 7A is equal to or larger than zero and also smaller than the curvatures of the first side surface part 7B and the second side surface part 7C.
