PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver electrolytic water discharge device which improves generation efficiency of silver ions by silver electrolysis to reduce power consumption accompanied by the silver electrolysis. SOLUTION: The silver electrolytic water discharge device 1 has a silver electrolytic cell 24 comprising a main passage 24a passing washing water, and a branch passage 24b separating the washing water from the main passage and returning it to the main passage, electrodes 28a, 28b comprising water contact side end parts 48a, 48b located in the branch passage of the silver electrolytic cell, terminal side end parts 49a, 49b located outside of the silver electrolytic cell, and base end parts 46a, 46b and an electrode holding unit 36 for holding the electrodes almost parallel to each other. The electrode holding unit comprises a fixing part 40 attached to the front side wall 38 forming the silver electrolytic cell, an electrode holding part 42 for holding the electrodes from the base ends to the water contact side end parts, and a closing part 44 installed so as to close a space between the end parts of the electrode holding part corresponding to the water contact side end parts of the electrodes, and forming a pipe line 58 together with the electrode holding part.
