PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a pressure ball is put under a face-up lying user's body and moved, it is rather hard for the aged and others to bring up his/her body weight by arms and legs for floating the body a little to set the body at a desired position for finger pressure, many people cannot reach their hands around the back when a finger pressure ball is moved, and the upper part of a finger pressure ball is hard and may cause injury of muscles and sinews. SOLUTION: When a user shifts his-/her-body as face-up lying on a finger pressure ball, the finger pressure ball by this invention rolls on a floor and moves the surface in contact with the user's body to easily set the body at a position desired for finger pressure. An effective point is pressed by the highest part of the finger pressure ball formed in an oval shape pressed by body weight and the whole upper part of the ball becomes closely in contact with the body to moderately press the effective point without injuring muscles and sinews.
