PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner capable of blowing out a hot wind at a comparatively high temperature and with a large wind quantity even in the condition that heating by a heat exchanger for heating is insufficient at the time of heating. SOLUTION: A hot wind passage 4 and a bypass passage 5 are connected with the downstream of a condenser 1, and a mixing chamber 6 is provided where the downstream sides of the two passages 4 and 5 converge and in which the winds having passed are mixed, while a blowout passage 7 is provided connected with the mixing chamber 6, and in the place where the wind velocity of the hot wind having passed the heat exchanger 2 is large, an auxiliary heater 3 where part of the hot wind passes is installed in series to the heat exchanger 2, while the other part of the hot wind bypasses the auxiliary heater 3 upon passing the place where the wind velocity of the hot wind is small. Thereby an assist heating can be made sufficiently with the auxiliary heater 3. The other part of the hot wind bypassing the auxiliary heater 3 upon passing the place where the wind velocity of the hot wind remains small, as described, suppresses the flowing resistance of the hot wind passing through the hot wind passage 4 and allows securing the wind quantity of the hot wind.
