METHOD FOR ORGANIC WASTEWATER TREATMENTS

A method for purification of high concentration organic wastewater, which can remove high concentration organic wastewater efficiently and stably on a limited area at a low cost, annihilates pathogenic microorganisms, and can obtain various liquid fertilizers with different contents of organic matters, nitrogen and phosphorous, is provided. A method for purification of high concentration organic wastewater comprises: a thermophilic aerobic digestion step(S10) of performing a thermophilic aerobic digestion reaction that forms high temperature conditions by accumulating an oxidation heat generated in a process of oxidation decomposing organic matters in a reactor by activating thermophilic aerobic microorganisms; a solid-liquid separation step(S20) of injecting an inorganic coagulant or/and a polymer coagulant into the thermophilic aerobic digested water in a solid-liquid separation tank(200), and separating cake and filtrate from the thermophilic aerobic digested water by coagulation and dewatering; a filtration membrane separation step(S30) of applying vibration to the filtrate to separate permeate and concentration water from the filtrate using a membrane separation part(300); an electro-coagulation step(S40) of inducing coagulation of suspended solids and soluble solids through an electro-coagulation reactor(400); a settling step(S50) of settling the electro-coagulated liquid to separate supernatant and settled sludge; and a reverse osmosis filtering step(S60) of injecting the supernatant into a reverse osmosis filter(600) to separate permeate and concentration water by filtering inorganic matters.
